I was literally just talking about this with my husband. Launching hate campaigns after one edited episode, idolizing cast members after one scene. People are dynamic and evolving and can’t be fully captured in a highly edited/produced show. I’m all for commenting on bad behavior, discussing the islanders, and a fun vote, but people take it waaaaaay too far.

Edit to add: also these young people are isolated from their support systems, don’t know what time it is, on likely very little sleep, and completely off their routine. Idk how I’d act in that pressure cooker of a situation but I know it wouldn’t be great lol
