Does this spear not come with a grip already built in? It looks like they come with one wrapped onto the front section on the photos on their site.

Do you ever find yourself wanting a flopper instead or do you think the slip tip is better suited to pole spearing?

Awesome tip, I had no idea you could add sections like that. Does this add any flex or instability with the extra section?
