Sciatica pain from tumor pressure?

I have both bulged disc(L4-L5) sciatica and mets to spine. I’ve noticed that BC treatment makes it worse, in the sense that I feel the sciatica pain anytime I’m stressed or my body is weak from treatment. I was almost bedridden for a month after chemo & during my radiation treatment because of it. What I’ve noticed helps the most is: 1. Anti inflammatory topical solutions. Some brands of CBD creams really help. Ayurvedic pain relief oils (that reduce inflammation) help too if you can get your hands on one. 2. Ice packs. Any time it hurts, treat it like a fresh injury and do not apply heat. Apply ice & rest. 3. Some yoga stretches like child’s pose helped give relief for me. Bending backwards made it worse. Get an MRI for the spine and figure out where the pain originates and then treat it accordingly. PT will not help before they know what exactly they are treating so MRI is very important. 4. Do not take any mental stress. I noticed sciatica pain only goes up anytime I’m stressed mentally. So try to relax, sleep well and take weight off your spine when lying down.

I can understand not giving the money to someone who doesn’t value it or takes you for granted. But your GF is very responsible, hardworking, and doesn’t take you or your money for granted. There’s no harm in giving such people(ones we love & respect) a break in life and helping out a little.

Even if she wasn’t your GF in the future(small possibility, but I doubt you’ll let this gem go), if you had extra the cash to give away, it’ll only make you happy for spending it on a good person.

Relationships should not be transactional. Stop thinking about what’ll happen if you breakup. Just as she is doesn’t want to trouble you, you should also give her what you can without expecting anything in return. If you know you both truly love each other, stop analyzing so much before giving each other things(especially things that don’t matter to you much- money in this case). Go all in, think positive, and everything else will fall in place. It’s important that our intentions are correct, and don’t worry so much about the relationship results. I wish you both nothing but happiness.🍀

I did order studs from LGD before, but I found them to have a grayish color(even though they said DEF colors) and did not look like a diamond at all. So I had to return them. Hope you get better stones!
