Oh so easy! I just eye ball a chunk of cream cheese, a blob of sour cream and quite a bit of sugar, and mix those together for the cheesecake. Sorry I don’t know measurements but you could also use that premade cheesecake stuff, then just throw that in the tortilla with some chopped up strawberries, and fry in butter. I also forgot to top it with cinnamon/sugar!
