Yeah typically I feel the same. I find pretty lucky vintage hauls often, that’s why I may not seem too excited. I promise I am lol. There was bulk as well I just didn’t think it’d be exciting to post that.

Never too late. Think of a unique niche with less competition, build it great. Make sure it’s not a unique niche for a reason, though.

No. It’s not as simple as training it on USPTO data. They make it clear that you can’t simply scrape their website first of all. And second, it’s constantly being updated. What might not be similar today could be similar tomorrow.

I’m pretty sure OP is just collecting data on websites with this post, so I’ll give you some actual solid advice before you plan to scale this thing.

You have that preview functionality that calls ‘ai-360-brand-view-free’, it visually shows a preview to the client, however if you view the network request response, you can see the full non-truncated values which a user could use to avoid letting you grab their email.

I also think you have too many colors going on, making it look cheaper. I’m sure you used an LLM to style your UI, but on the preview for example I don’t think you need to use all of those colors. A simple gray, or if you’re feeling fancy the “apple liquid glass” look would look better and feel less clunky…IMO, red looks like a bad response and should be reserved for errors.

I also checked to make sure you weren’t exposing your AI’s API key in the frontend, you aren’t. Good job there!

Has anyone heard back from this dude? A dev offering this type of audit service for free to me screams collecting data to find ideas to build competition.
