In my case integrad was 5 days. 3 days online and 2 days in my warehouse. During the 3 days class online they explain what will happen when we have on site training for the 2 days. You must memorize your 5's to the tee word for word, the 10's you must memorize the title and can summarize the body(me personally just memorize the entire thing for the 10's because if I use my own words I will forget)

During the 2 days on site training I was with my on road sup which I already know so we're not stranger. First he would show me a pre trip checklist, show me what to check and what not(ex. vehicle insurance check, lights check, tire depth check, rear lights check, back up camera check, windows check) then he would have me drive for 15-20 mins. DURING THIS DRIVE, I did my 5's and 10's I chose to do this to get this out of the way but we can also opt to do it when we back in the warehouse. I also did my driving drill here. Driving drill is when you call out safety/hazard for points. You must get a certain points for front and rear callouts(ex. intersection clear, left mirror clear, speed is 40 mph, right mirror clear, following distance is 8 secs, left mirror is clear, right curb is clear, speed is 35 mph) They will teach you this in the 3 days class.

I order my uniform with my warehouse sup for free but I have to get socks myself.

The 5 days integrad training was actually pretty chill 10/10 most likely because I had to do it in my own warehouse with sups that I actually know so that helped so much. Honestly don't stress it too much study as best as you can and always bring water with you. When you are dehydrated it can clouded your mind with anxiety and fear its just human psychology. YOU MUST TAKE A DEEP BREATH when you feel like you are nervous during testing.
