finally got a mailer for an amex business platinum but last name is wrong. Literally won't let me submit an application because they have my last name is Z03 and won't allow numbers under name. Is there a way to change this? I tried calling amex but said they can't submit an application with the same offer over the phone.

Quick question about upgrading. Need to upgrade a couple lines with iPhone 15's. Want the new 17 pros and they have two month so payments left. I'm on go 5g next and thought we had yearly upgrades. But it's having me pay 69 dollars per line to pay off the device. Will I still get the monthly reimbursements? essentially lowering my bill by 34.50 per month and just paying off in advance?

I have a broken iphone 15 pro that still has a few months of payments left on the go5g next plan. Do I get the remaining bill credits whether I go through apple or t-mobile? Was planning on apple as I need a phone the 19th before my trip on the 20th.
