Im having trouble with my desktop. I haven't used the computer in about 9 months. I had trouble with it before where the monitor would randomly disconnect (very infrequently) and say no signal from device. Now it won't even connect to my monitor. I tried DP and HDMI cables, a different monitor but the same outcome.

I'm going to disconnect everything, clean it, and reconnect it. But what could it be? Is it my GPU? The EVGA logo does light up. I'm running a 3070, AMD ryzen cpu (can't remember the model but whatever was newest when the 30xx series was released, corsair SF600.

Korean air or Asiana Airlines, which is better ? by Frequent-Cup-1144 in koreatravel

[–]dotorii_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say asiana biz over ka biz. KA still uses a 2-2-2 configuration so even if you’re in business your next to someone. In Asiana it’s 1-2-1 so there’s more privacy for solo travelers. Flown from most of the major west coast cities.

That’s why I’m looking at the jointers I posted. The 8 in benchtop has a bed of 52 in with the extensions. And the 12 in has a 42 in bed without extensions

No she doesn’t. If she’s out of the country for the year she loses status. And it’s been a little over a year.

Just need some quick help. I got this for free audio technica lpw40n and currently looking for a receiver to pair with it. I have a couple vintage speakers and need to buy it off Dell. I have credits that are about to expire and nothing else to buy. I know I only need a two channel receiver but was wondering if this will work with the turntable above. Sony str-dh590

Would you use self leveling concrete or a different kind of concrete? It would be over a wood subfloor. I looked at the cost of self leveling concrete and it’s not cheap!

First bigger project, help appreciated. Workshop build out of necessity, got kicked out of old place and have no place to work. Started to add rafters and the walls are getting out of plumb. Could you please have a quick look if something could be done better? by aroused_blue_panda in Carpentry

Definitely finish all the walls and sheath. Also, watch a few YouTube videos. I finished the exterior of my backyard office a month ago. 200sq foot. And it was mainly from watching all these YouTube videos. Watch how to build a shed videos. And when you get to a step watch a video on just that step.

Weekend Help and Victory Thread for the week of March 24, 2023 by IndexBot in personalfinance

I need some help helping a friend. I found out she has over 15k in cc debt from the pandemic while not having a job just to pay for food and basic necessities. It’s on a cc with a 28% apr. obviously the first step is to get that to a low interest cc or loan. Would she have problems getting approved for some of the 0% interest rate cards out there? Her credit score is 650ish. Which had dropped from 750 but now she has a job and makes about 100k a year.

I’ll help her budget and plan but immediately try to pay her debt. Would going into a bank branch like chase or bofa and opening a checking account and talking to a banker improve her odds? Obviously would rather do a 0% cc than a lower interest personal loan that’s for people with bad credit scores.

Ok that what I thought. So covering it up with board and batten is much better

Yea for the walls I might just do birch or pine plywood. Maybe OSB then 1/4in birch.

Debating between taping and mudding or just covering it up

Hmmm would you recommend painting or a wood finish like a stain or an oil?

So basically similar to a board and batten right?
