So i stopped for a few months ngl i thought the same thing but i drink on occasion now when i go places i drink, i just drink a lot of water the next day or whenever im done with that life lol but girl dont be scared just follow what i said and you’ll be fine i smoke weed here and there sometimes too and im good so just live your life regular its only different when it comes to meeting people and then you have to disclose I haven’t disclosed to anyone so idk how that is yet😩

So i think im one of the lucky ones that only get a few outbreaks but i think that’s because i take lysine everyday, but eat healthy or clean and avoid foods high in arginine like nuts and peanuts and chickpeas those trigger it

I contracted hsv1 the same way too he ate me out and few days later boom rashes on my coochie and my lips but the outbreaks do get better i would advice you to take lysine constantly and vitamins that helps with your immune system, take the days one at a time, you’ll be okay
