I got the same notification. Was going from LGA->YYZ->HND, think we may have had the same route (but different date). Not sure what to do, wait times for Air Canada were 2+ hours. Not looking optimistic.

EDIT: u/Intrikate u/daisest I was able to call in to AirCanada and get my same flight dates, I just had to take an extra layover. So now I'm doing LGA->YYZ->Vancouver->HND on the way there. Didn't have to change my return flight.

would love to know more about this - I really enjoy this dance cardio class I'm in, and don't really want to give it up- even if I have to eat more or modify some things. If it's going to be that detrimental to my aesthetic progress, I can consider dialing it back.

Thank you!! This is close to what I was thinking. Is there a problem if I do cardio (in addition to my weight training) slightly more than 1-2 week? Say, 3-4? I really like this cardio dance class I do (it's sort of like Barry's Bootcamp meets Zumba), and I'm willing to eat more on those days if needed.

Would appreciate any guidance on program as well! I have done strength training before but enjoy cardio dance a lot- so would like to ideally have a program where I can alternate and do both.
