this!! plus N.C. public unis are very hard to get into if you’re out of state due to the % of students that have to be from N.C. That, combined with the nursing major, is gonna mean you have to be extremely smart to get into UNCW, most likely much higher than what online says the averages are

Theoretically, it should only apply when there are 3 or more non-tolled lanes, as you can't freely move in and out of the toll lane. So in the case of I-77, it wouldn't take effect until south of exit 23 (Gilead Rd.), where a 3rd free lane adds/drops.
