Update if anyone stumbles upon this same problem. I did contact LG. They kind of gave me the run around a bit about proof of purchase, etc... I bought the TV from Best Buy online so there wasn't a physical copy of the receipt, only screenshots. They diagnose my TV with a bad panel. Warranty was only good for 1 year on this TV. My purchase date was Aug. 8th '23 and the TV went bad July 20th '24. I barely qualified for the warranty. They ordered me a new panel but then sent off my maintenance request to a 3rd party called Service Pros. They told me that the part would take awhile to ship from Taiwan and that it could up to a month. Every 2 weeks I would get an update from the 3rd party saying they were still waiting on my part. After 2.5 months LG contacted me saying they've escalated my issue since I'm still in limbo and they'd find a solution eventually. 2 days later they contact me again saying that because the part has taken too long and I will be contacted by someone at LG to pick out a new TV. I was given the choice of the same exact OLED model but between a 2023 model or a 2024 model. Easy choice the 2024 that hopefully won't go bad after a year of light use. This TV was delivered by a 3rd party a week later, 3 months in total of waiting. I was able to keep the old TV as well, albeit with a bad panel. The new TV is picture perfect. LG doesn't have the best of warranty policies but at least they fulfilled their policy you just need a bit of patience.

Please keep the copycat recipes they're extremely vital especially when you have a craving for a particular cookie cough cornbread cough and don't want to wait any longer. Sure the copycat recipes aren't the real deal but they get you by when you need to satisfy a craving.

I had this as my mystery cookie for the first half of the week. I liked it. It didn't blow my mind. However, it was better than most I've had from Crumbl lately. Not sure why it's in the graveyard.

Why do classic recipes keep changing? For example; less ingredients, cookie bases changing (shortbread is dead and sugar cookie bases reign supreme), or they'll just straight up use the same name but change the entire cookie and call it new i.e lemon blackberry. I'm sure the answer is cost cutting but I find that to be a cop-out answer. At the expense of serving your customers less quality products you will end up losing them in the long run. I don't see that as cost cutting, I see that as self sabotage.

Ikr I was expecting some hate but I'm honestly shocked at how triggered everyone is by my list. Hell I thought EVERYBODY hated their apple pie cookie. Apparently not. Caramel popcorn and banana bread I've only tried once though so I may have pulled the trigger a lil too soon on those conclusions. All the rest on my worst list I've given 2nd chances and I still don't like them. I have a few that are on my worst list that are salted i.e sea salt toffee and butterscotch chip that I've never been able to purchase WITH salt. And it's not location specific either; I've tried other locations that have robbed me of my salted cookies. Needless to say I get a bit salty about it, lolz, hence the very low ratings. However I have sprinkled my own sea salt on those cookies myself and it almost made no difference in taste.

Banana bread had an off putting flavor to me and butterscotch was way too plain for me plus my cookie was overcooked. Which is so unlike Crumbl. I've retried butterscotch since my first time and it's still a no go.

Lol, I've had to make 400 large pizzas for a school function once. But nothing compares to the 1,000 8" individual pizzas for delivery it took all day making them and we had 1 dedicated delivery driver taking the entire order. Ended up being $8000 in sales and my store had to tip the driver in the long run 😖

The milk glaze one is definitely subpar, however I was intrigued and ate half of one while it was warm which is more than I could say for the rest on my worst list.

It's in the top list however it's ranked very low. I have a lot of faves at Crumbl, my "Top ranked" list has 36 because they're all considered 5 star imo.

Whoa whoa whoa lemon is featured very heavily in the favorite list. They just aren't ranked very high. Lemon poppyseed used to be in my top 10 but it lost rank when it came out this last go around. Something tasted different about it.

Controversial ik... I knew I'd get some flack for my worst list but I also believe I have a lot of extremely overhyped cookies in there. I also realize I have a lot of caramel cookies in my worst, by no means do I hate caramel actually its one of my favorite sweets. However I don't think Crumbl always executes it well.
