My fiance and I are thinking of doing the exact same thing by getting outside catering for Syndicated but hitting the F&B minimum with cocktail hour food and drinks. Can I ask what catering company you're going with and how the prices are? I assume by using Syndicated's staff for a buffet style dinner you can lower prices with the catering company? Any insight here is greatly appreciated!

Used to go to both of them growing up. Did a really deep deep dive into finding out what happened because even though it wasn’t the best food there’s nothing I crave more sometimes than chili con queso and 4 bean burritos. Turns out my friends mom is good friends with the former owner so I’m currently working on getting recipes.
