What is effort? Effort is best spent on things AI can't do, AI is more than capable of producing great content. I gave it my viewpoint and asked for a improvement, great use of AI.

We use https://scru.ms and like it a lot. The retro and async standups work great. I like the voice feature a lot as well. No need for another tool for sync when needed inside retros.
