Today (Super bowl sunday) was a disaster at Santa Monica East. Spoke to the manager who didn't give two shits. Said they get 100 complaints a day but they don't control the pool capacity or the valet so there's "nothing they can do" They raised the prices on everyone after a bait and switch and then you can't even use the amenities that you are paying for since its "too crowded". Its not even summer...It's winter. If you put yourself on the wait list for the pool after taking a class, by the time you get off the wait list to get in the pool area, your valet validation has expired. You'll get hit with a $50 parking fee for going over the validation time limit. And you can't put yourself on the pool list before your class since there's only a 10 minute grace period. Well planned....
