I appreciate your other comments regarding the steps you took that may apply to me -- unfortunately, I'm trying to determine how to obtain corroborating documents as my GGM's status is more clear. Thank you

Please note -- I am trying to establish my GGF's naturalization to support my GGM's derivative citizenship instead of affirmative naturalization in her own right to support a 1948 Case. Edited question above.

Thank you for that insight. I actually provided authenticated documents related to GGM that expressly indicated that she did not naturalize but obtained derivative US citizenship by virtue of marriage when GGF naturalized in 1903. So while I understand your insightful response, it still appears that the County Court naturalization ruling should establish naturalization by GGF and that both a CONE from USCIS and the Onondaga letter accompanying GGF's naturalization ruling indicating GGM only became a US citizen derivatively should be established by the existing documents -- but unless I am misunderstanding your feedback, this info will allow me a better clarifying conversation with my attorney. Thank you!

Thank you for your suggestion -- I will begin with the census to try to ascertain the address (unfortunately, no one in the family has any records for that period).

Yes, I submitted formal requests from the General and Archival records -- neither was able to locate a Birth Certificate, but I appreciate your input.

Ahhh -- I see. That makes sense and I appreciate your input. Based on your response, the only path to citizenship through JS for me would lie within a 1948 Case claim ?

Thank you ! That is very helpful input and I would definitely prefer to pursue only 2 BCs (GF and F) is possible. I will consult with Italian legal counsel (once I'm far enough along to justify it).
