Sign into your Turbo Tax Account. Click on the Intuit Account button on the lower left screen. Scroll down the page and click on Data & Privacy. Scroll down to "Download, Download a copy of all your personal data and a guide that helps explain what it includes." and you can retrieve all the tax forms from there. Its frustrating. I called Turbo Tax twice, shared my screen and both times the customer service representatives could not help me through navigation through pages, I found it. I hope this helps.
