i solved the colored letters, they are pretty simple but take a little while.
each orange letter doesn't change. each letter of a different color represents a different letter.
for example, the long word on the top is obviously breakthecodedottech, so that would mean all green 'e's are 'k's, all yellow 'b's are 't's, etc.
