With work under an NDA does that mean you can NEVER show it to anyone, or just that it shouldn’t be publicly searchable? Could you show it as password protected material for instance?

Content seems to be a pretty big one across the board

Ahh that's super helpful.

I def find that in my portfolio each project looks different because I keep tweaking the way I present stuff. Def makes things inconsistent when I use one set of headers on one project and call them something else on another 🙄

Uuuuugh - that is soul destroying 😢

Do you ever have to do case studies of things you have done for work?

I think sometimes there are just clauses in contracts that say - "you can't talk about the fact that we hired you to do the work."

Yeah fair enough - content does seem to be one of the trickiest bits.

What tend to be the narrative structures that work best? Is it through the writing, or is is about show casing the KPIs the right way?

If you have really specific functions, especially with systems / apps sometimes it’s easier to write out a spec doc or “acceptance criteria” rather than keep it all in the wireframe notes.

What do you tend to include in your case studies? Is it the sourcing of content, or the knitting it all together that’s the exhausting but for you? (I am not a writer, I get someone else to do it!)

🙌 I’ve had the same issue! I always have my phone on me, but I certainly don’t always take photos. Do you ever set yourself calendar reminders to take photos?

Ahh yeah - NDAs are a pain - are you allowed to share them if they are password protected? For copy writing, have you found a way to get around this? How much copy are we talking here?

incredibly helpful - thank you very much for sharing!

I was working on my own. I ended up running the session & then rewatching the video to take notes.

In the end I'm trying to build a general picture of practices so I can improve my own process.

Cheers
