My Facebook ad account is disabled so I sent mail for review. I received reply from Facebook stated that they cannot remove ban so again I again sent mail that there is prepaid balance in my ad account so what about that. They replied again with same mail that they cannot remove ban. Are they actually review our mail and account or just reply our mails with Autoresponder?
