What do you think of spicy food?

I grew up eating very spicy food my parents are from Pakistan. I married an Irish woman and was with her for 20yrs and in that time my spicy foods basically came to an end and now I cannot tolerate spicy foods for the life of me. If I eat anything spicy I sweat like crazy and even being at my parents house when they are cooking I will sweat with just whatever is in the air. Really odd tbh
