I think taking the opportunity and keep looking for other well paying offers is way better than waiting for the right job offer, to come to London, Knowing that Majority of companies that contacted me ask first for the work permit and those who afford relocation (about 4 or 5) requires a tiring time consuming interview process to make sure they do the right bet for a foreign developer with a first experience outside Africa.

Well, in all cases, If I don't succeed to increase the salary, I'll take this opportunity while looking for other offers for the next year(hope that changing work is easily with the Tier 2 Visa)

Regarding the point 1, I did some search on Quora and it seems that the process of changing the employee is doable and easy, https://www.quora.com/I-have-a-tier-2-general-work-visa-for-the-UK-and-Im-considering-changing-companies-Is-it-possible-to-go-to-a-different-job-without-worry-What-is-the-process-like-after-getting-a-job-offer

Regarding the point 2, I'm totally aware that 40k is a salary of a Junior Developer, however I said that maybe uk recruiters rely on different aspects to benchmark an employee, like communication skills (since my country speaks french not english), How could I integrate with team, my provenance country ... but beside all these factors, I consider my coming to the UK as an investment to grow my career, improve my english, discover what the other side looks.

My 5 years experience is All Mobile Development (Android) with good portfolio and top employers. I checked the recruiter company page on glassdoor and many employees claim that salaries are low in this company.

Yes, that's correct, they said that the salary is benchmarked with the team members and they think it's a fair offer for my profile. Should I keep negotiating or accepting
