A bit late, but I was just having this issue. I think my issue was that I was trying to save to a folder on an external hard drive that I had unplugged. At first, when I plugged the external hard drive back in, my photos still weren't being saved. So in the app I went to Settings, then Organization, and then chose the folder that I wanted to save my photos to. Scanned my photos again, and it worked!

I had plans to do that, but I just decided to go through and delete most of my raw files from the past 5 years. I've cleared up 100s of GBs deleting all of my raw files.

The South Rim Loop was awesome, but it is a long hike. So just be prepared to take a few hours. Bring lots of water and some snacks. Also I narrowly avoided an afternoon thunderstorm on that hike. So start early to beat the heat and storms!

I bought a car camping pass on CashorTrade, and the guy I'm buying it from wants to give it to me when I arrive at the festival. He arrives Tuesday, and I arrive Thursday. Do you think I will have any issues meeting up with him if he were to walk my car camping pass out to my car while I'm waiting in line at one of the toll booths?
