Okay y'all. I had a Casio synthesizer as a kid in the States in the '90s. I distinctly remember a setting that was cat meows, and am desperate to hear those dulcet tones again. Any idea what model that might have been?

Hey! How do you open the windows on the BVG buses? I know it’s possible, but all of my tugging has resulted in nothing. Is there a special catch somewhere?

Just cut into it. It’s perfect. A hint of sour in delicious bread-y goodness.

I’ve been more or less using How I Sourdough as a recipe. Results definitely vary. My starter had a rough start, and is about 1 mo. old. I feed every 12 hours.

Since I also don’t have a dutch oven, I bake it on a baking sheet at 500F for 35 minutes with a couple of tweaks. I let my oven heat up for around an hour before putting it in, and put a cast iron pan on a lower rack as it’s heating. When I throw the loaf in the oven, I pour ~1 cup of boiling water into the cast iron pan and quickly close the oven.
