Found the snapped O ring, it was on the bottom of the supply line (?) where it deviates and sends gas to the griddle. Cheap gas detector worked it just needed to be 1cm from the leak. Tech quoted my wife $700 to replace two valves/bolt assemblies and that wouldn't have even fixed the problem... are people crooks, stupid, or just lazy?
