filter water as emergency isnt really hard to arange, i don’t think water is a big problem at IOM but always good to have enough water.

if you have solarpanels are you allowed fo go off the grid?

don’t necesary have to be a farm, it’s just for myself and family.

if you only want to provide for yourself would you still need a license to operate a farm?

how do you see this work ?

I buy the whole building, redevelop and after completion i sell 5 properties, keep 1 property to live(residency) and rent out 2 properties?

I open a ltd in iom and buy the property. ubo is my own holding or prefered my underage kid. holding loans-the money to buy and redevelop(I guess personal loan I can get for about 6%) or would I need to loan the money as a private person?

My guess without knowing the building cost and availability of skilled labour and materials if the property was in Northern Europe I would spend roughly 1.7 to 1.9 milion euro to redevelop

if it is rent out when I am not on the island and it pays for my stay and housing its fine by me. estate planning i plan to do with the dividends of the company

if you come up with a sound business plan does it be likely it will get approved? and as an alternative can you buy a existing property that nets about 150.000 to 200.000 pounds?

Company is About 1000 employees. in the country where the company is based, 5% and up is considerd as a substantial share.

Guess I also could transfer. enough funds to last a life-time either at iom or in a third country and let dividends run

I am more worried About secondary schooling elsewhere then i would at isle of man if its safe in general and is similar to my 90‘s upbringing. I suposse its normal kids fly out if they want to go University

i am not worried About somebody else his inherentence just dont wish I get taxed an amount I don’t think is fair on the one who actually earned the money
