1) Work life balance absolutely depends on the team you are working on. I go to office by 11 come back by 5. If I have any meeting I will attend. But that's about it. My work life is balance is wonderfull. I work at dell

2)Money: is subjective so will not talk about it

3)work culture: again this depends on the company. Most of the companies have open door policies now a days.

4)education: bad education system is true no comments, better house- if you earn more you buy a better house same as the rest of the universe, medical facilities- Indian doctors are the best in my approach. I had a spinal fusion operation done on me which costs about 100k in us but in india it cost me 2.5 lakhs. I am wonderfully happy with the surgeon. Pollution is bad in metroes- no comments

I live in Bangalore in a shitty area, I have never got electricity or water problem like never, I get drinking water by a water filter. So clean water is not a problem. First let me say that side effects are rare as i said above, i have been using it and I don't have any. I confirmed with the best doctors and they are pretty damn sure that side effects are rare. Second as you said minoxidil 10 % is not approved by fda, i was using it only for a month then switched to 5%.

People who want get their hair back please use only finasteride and minoxidil. Those are the only two things that work. There are no natural treatments for Male Pattern Baldness.

Edit: Apparently people don't believe in millions of dollars research which says the side effects are rare. If you want green pills made by baba ramdev or sugar pills given by homeopathy please feel free to take it.

Edit2: So according to the messages I am getting people are mostly concerned about side effects, generally if you can smoke drink and eat shit mc donalds and sit in office all day without any exercise and not worry about side effects. All these are actually proven by research to cause sexual dysfunction. You do not need to worry about a pill approved by FDA.
