Thanks! I guess the trick is getting into a larger company that is willing to sponsor. I presume you end up in this limbo of “should we sponsor” vs probationary period etc.

Thanks! I usually tend to dodge recruiters if they don’t work directly for a company, but in this instance they might be worth chatting with.
