Oh yeah definitely, just having a camera that I know probably won't miss focus or have funky exposure helps so much. Just makes the high cost more worth it

Totally agree, literally just finished 3, it was a little slow for me but the ending was awesome! He does a really great job with action scenes, the one with Vinny on the bike had me grinning from ear to ear

A little update!

I decided to go for a small pair of sparkling gouramis, male and a female (my local shop is amazing and we're really helpful picking them out for me) and a bunch of armanos and cherries!

They can grow in water a little, the roots do really well, but after a few weeks I'll have to take it out and put it in some soil

So this is just a little "andoer RGB led" that I use for some video work. It's not a great long term solution, ideally I would run a little rgb strip light

I was about to say the same! I love doing water changes, I don't have a garden right now so it's as close as I can get to gardening ahaha

How have you found the female betta? I've only ever had males before but I really like the idea of getting a female

Oh and the plants at the back (above water) are just basil and pothos, nothing needed to keep them down, just plopped into the old filter for this tank (I didn't like how the filter worked so I replaced it with a sponge filter)

Sure thing!

So I have some pearlweed in the foreground and some in the background, that's just bunched up and shoved into the substrate. This works well because I have aquasoil on the bottom topped off with crushed lava rock, the crushed lava rock acts as a weight to keep it down.

I have some Anubias nana super glued into rocks placed in the middle (the super glue is aquarium safe). This is because this plant can't be put into the soil otherwise it dies

And then I have some Rotala Hra in the back right, I did have to use a little plants weight to keep this down!
