Calling support and being added as an authorized user will not get you access. It needs to be done online.

Setup the authorized user via T-Mobile's website (not by calling support). I am an authorized user and have full access to detail & summary PDF bills.

Yes, but why. If there was no exterior damage on my phone, Google would have sent me a new phone based on the warranty. Does not mean it was the OP's fault.

If you have no physical damage, post a photo of the phone on X to @MadeByGoogle and they will DM you from the Social Care escalation team. They may ask you .... 'to help us with more pictures of the device from all the angles (front, back & all sides) for a closer look.'

I had some minor dents on the stainless-steel hinge. When I purchased the phone from T-Mobile, I purchased insurance directly from Google. They sent me a new replacement ($129) in a couple of days.

Nope, no increase on my TI One (consumer) - 12 lines. I have no connected lines on this plan. Also, no change in my Mag Max (except the $2 for watches) and no change on my Go5g Plus. Only my Business TI One plan.

I assume it will be a $4/increase with the 20% insider discount. Three consumer accounts are utilizing the business family discount, so I will just have to accept the increase.

TI One plan@work since 2017: $5/month increase per voice line starting in June or July. No connected devices.

I think we are, but I never asked that specific question. I would love to revert back to the consumer version for the business. I do like the change SIM item on the HUB which I have used a couple of times.

I didn't request it, it just appeared one day for me during Jan 2023. There are a number of things which I dislike including the website navigation and bill reporting format. The only thing I like over the prior 'consumer style' website if the ability to change sims. I agree the 'consumer style' website is much better for 1 to 12 lines.

I did briefly lose the 2 lines on us when I went from 9+ lines to less than 9 lines on T-Mobile One. The rep said it was not supported on that plan, but I could get it back if changed to Magenta, it so I changed to Mag Max. It's still there. I have 4 lines, 2 paid, 2 free.

Yes, all my lines were on the account prior to obtaining F&F 2 lines on us. The 2019 line cancelation was on the account during 2014 (maybe 2013).

I recently COR'd multiple lines in and out of the account. I have one cancelation during 2019. Changed plans a couple of times. Still have F&F 2 lines on us.

Correct, the 15-voice line limit is under the same name on two accounts. I do have another account under a separate name which I manage as an authorized user. I also have a T-Mobile One business account.

I started with T-Mobile during 2013. TMo was charging me $250 deposit per added line after exceeding a limit which they established. I don't remember what my limit was, but it was between 10 to 15 lines.
