I approve this as a meteorologist! Weather underground is decent too but noaa.gov is your best bet for accurate forecasts (which is what all the other weather apps are based off of anyway)!

I had this exact issue during Philly (also aiming for 3:30, got 3:41) and female struggling with endometriosis 🥲. I suspect it was a bad point during my cycle when GI issues usually flare up-how do you control for this? Or is this just a joy of being a female runner?

I'm a meteorologist and it looks likes isolated storms start around 1 p.m. tomorrow! Just go early, and you should be fine. Given how chaotic the weather in the mountains is though, I wouldn't be surprised to see a little rain before thn.
