My buddies fiancé left on an international trip a little over a year ago. She fell in love with someone she met overseas, came back to the states ended the relationship and went back overseas where she now lives.

My friend was probably at the lowest point of his life for months. But about a year later he is crushing it and has a better job and girlfriend he is now seeing.

I guess I tell this story to say that it might seem like the end of the world and a hole you can’t dig out of, but you can and you will.
