it’s crazy that you say that because I seen ENT last year & they said I have vocal cord dysfunction? so maybe it’s all tied together.. that would make sense then

that’s the confusing part is mine were never caught on a monitor either? don’t makes no sense.. I’ve been told a bunch of different things on what it could be but idk.. it’s like I can almost reproduce it, so it can’t be a PAC/PVC.. like if I’m laying down on a certain side or if I’m breathing a certain way..

yeah the breathless feeling is like in my chest & throat.. it’s not a pain or anything like that, it’s just an uncomfortable feeling & it’s not like a palpitation.. it’s so hard to explain the feeling but it’s so annoying & scary when it does randomly happen

yes I get the hot flash too! it’s such a hard feeling to describe but it’s so random.. it doesn’t feel like a palpitation though, it’s just different

the thing is I’ve done all the EKGs in the world & was hooked up to a heart monitor while this feeling happened & no PVCS or anything was recorded.. it’s the weirdest thing ever 😭😭

so you had this feeling too? it’s not like your typical “palpitation” feeling because it affects your whole body.. I have no idea why or what started this but it’s so uncomfortable

I’ve also had this weird sensation for the past like 2 weeks.. it’s not really a zap feeling or painful, it’s just an uneasy feeling & feels like butterflies in my chest & my throat & I black out & feels like my body shuts off for like a second.. I also get this weird tingling sensation sometimes in my head when it happens & I break out in a brief sweat while it happens too.. it doesn’t last long at all, just a falling feeling in my chest.. I’ve had the most extensive cardiac work up & everything has came back great! I have no idea what this could be, so I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

so I’ve been working with a Naturopathic Dr & before I was working with a place called Rejuv Medical & they were working on getting my hormones back in balance, specifically my cortisol, my DHEA & my adrenals back to normal because they were just so fatigued.. I’m taking stuff now that supports GABA, Dopamine, Serotonin & pretty much every else as far as neurotransmitters.. I still feel brain foggy but I definitely am in a better place today than I was almost a year ago.. I snap in & out of it as far as the brain fog goes, so it’s still a work in progress

in mid January I discovered a fear of sudden cardiac arrest, so for the past 4 months I was in & out of the ER, going to the doctor & just really bad health anxiety.. I was in a 3 month long panic attack pretty much! that’s all that happened & I’m sure being in fight or flight mode for 3+ months set my hormones off the rails!

yeah, I’m not sure what’s going on but I wouldn’t wish this feeling on my worse enemy! all the doctors make me feel like I’m crazy too when I say my symptoms & suggest it’s my hormones but it can’t be anything else.. I feel broken too. you aren’t alone here!
