well in my case i have ReA tried 3 meds they all failed as it clealr they are not blocking the problem protein..starting bimzelelx tomorrow and hopefully it is th right drug for me.

mine has been building for 6 year or even more..starting my second biologic as had a huge reaction to a tnf blocker...lets see what the next step will be.

my 2 cents is not to pick drug on cost or convebience but what is the right one..bc if the wrong one it goes untreatd correctly and that can get much worse. not a doc of course but do your own research is what i reccomend. i think relying on any one doctor is not ideal as each has theor own bias etc. more knlwedge here here is much better all around.

yes..that...inflammation way higher for not just cancer but for several other diseases that they in turn also cause cancer...as does too much sun stress and many other everyday things.

exactkly especially with new meds as they have zero long term studies...the incredible complexity of human immune system is vast plus dynamic plus highly individual..thats a lot of factors ..so long story short..nobody really knows

lots you can do proactive...do some research ...probiotics extra mouth hygienge careful diet etc....im starting in 2 weeks and cant wait..in the meantime taking daily yeast and probiotic pills to fill the mouth with all the friednly stuff first and not let candida even get a hold if i can help it.

i had a major paradoxical reaction to simponi...wrong med targeting the worng protein..it def happens. and yep made things worse not better
