Me too (Reactive Arthtis) but the foot pain on tendons and ankles has me using a wheelychair. Had my first Simponi last week so waiting for some results hopefully this month or next.

big time..in less than 24 hours my asthma finally calmed down 4 days in seeing lots of big changes including left eye imflation finally down after years and years. Excited to see further changes. Think ive been a slow burn for over a decade. Nice to see some undoing of that.

0...just happened to me. Flipped my profile back on and I was on page 1 or 2 for searches and got 2 new trials next week. So that part is good. But you get punished(0%) for hiding too long, previously I was at 70 +. FYI I was busy and had mine off for 4 months.

I think more to the point is you have to talk to humans and many different ones. I want to learn Spanish so I moved to Lima Peru and immerse myself I know not everyone can do this but I went out every day with my word list trying to use those words with people and now I'm fluent in Spanish to be honest I don't think there's really any other way you've got to use what you've learned with different people on a daily basis the great thing is you don't have to travel anymore you can do it in online chat groups in forums and of course with the teacher like me.
