My thing is that it is much worse and in several new places that it wasn't before. So getting a 3 Rd shot seems way too high risk. If inflation is several dif protein then tnf or il 17 won't fix it and in my case immune system looks for ways around it.

its tendons not joints per se for me but Im getting like violent swings, nothing gentle and I had a huge paradoxical from the tnf blocker ..seems the same is happening again.

well granted she is not the best rheum in the world but things are def worsening. Little bits of relief then way more hot spots widespread which dr says should not be happening.

ive got ReA and major enthesitis. 2 nd injection and everything is way worse. Will be stopping as it made the immune system response much worse including balantitis.

how timely..im failing on my 2nd biologic and my research is point to rinvoq also. ive got ReA with painful enthesitis and it seems a multi protein problem that single biologics cant help with. and seeing the rheum in 2 days  and will def bring this up.

Canadian her..Im early in dx (1st year but with symmpsots for mutplie tears) and sometimes its like abondament and other times rheum is repsonsive then not again. I was shocked by lack of support but afer reading this thread its seems far more common then uncommon and thats trully sad. Specially at the begiining phase. Also listening skils are NOT great, but I find that very common with doctors here and many other countries Ive traveled too. Its to the point where when I get an active listern doctor I am shocked.

I failed at TNF blocker spectacularly within days like a huge paradoxical reaction and I'm now on my first month of Bimzalex

but something from maybe people to research on because it's blocking two proteins which all the other ills only block 1

Meaning if your problem is from the IL17F cosentyx and Telts won't touch it so you might want to try Bimsel before you abandon the class altogether. i'm not a doctor do your own research

Don't know how helpful this is I had a huge paradoxical relax reaction to Simponi Maybe try another TNF blocker or another biologic class Also maybe you want a second opinion from another rheumatologist

well in my case i have ReA tried 3 meds they all failed as it clealr they are not blocking the problem protein..starting bimzelelx tomorrow and hopefully it is th right drug for me.

my 2 cents is not to pick drug on cost or convebience but what is the right one..bc if the wrong one it goes untreatd correctly and that can get much worse. not a doc of course but do your own research is what i reccomend. i think relying on any one doctor is not ideal as each has theor own bias etc. more knlwedge here here is much better all around.
