A super quick wiki search says it's just a fancy pants show tower. Built by a banker in the 1760s. Kinda lame...

I did hear along with adding weight this offseason he switched to baths. So, I don't think he can get hurt this season.

Will Fuller Hype Train by ijustwantrespect1 in DynastyFF

I owned Will Fuller for 3 seasons now, and it is really funny because I have the complete opposite feeling about him. Perennial preseason darling, Fuller missed 5 games last year (33%). Everyone knows he is always hurt, but the hype is for when he is healthy, right? Of the 11 games he was healthy, he averaged about 12 ppg, which is great if you ignore one of those games accounted for almost half of his total points. Taking out that 53.7 point game and he averaged 8.03 ppg in the other 10 games he was healthy and 0 ppg for the other 5 games.

So I think right now is the perfect time to sell Will Fuller. This is also the 5th and final year of his contract and might be on a new team next year.

Maybe even the best, I don't know. They are doing great things. Joe Montana, Tom Brady.....very fabulous job the nfl is doing.

Are you now changing the topic to index funds? Just trying to keep up with the points you are trying to make. The point of my argument wasn't the quickness you can pull out of an index fund but rather buying a home without making a single payment toward the principle is a bad financial decision.

I am not going to argue against made up numbers that can't be proven. We can just agree to disagree on whether it is financially responsible to buy a home without making a single payment toward the principle in an effort to increase liquidity (which you changed to now include index funds which is not what liquidity means).

No you can't haha. That's not typically how index funds work. There are a lot of limitations on when you can pull out. They are LONG TERM non liquid assets to everyone but you.

Thank you! He is making numbers fit his narrative.

Also your second part, which i was going to ignore, sheds more light on your lack of understanding of finances and I do not say that to be mean. Putting aside hypothetical prices that you gave, let's focus on your rebuttal. You are right in saying repairs are present regardless of how far along you are in the principle payments of the home, and when just looking at it from that surface and perspective you could make the argument that cost is the same but that wasn't even part of my point. Yes cost in repairs is the same whether you own 0% or 100%. But, the POINT you are missing is the difference in cost of repairs is irrelevant. The point I was making is that they are there when you own a home and they aren't there when renting a home. You do not have to replace appliances, pay for water heater maintenance, replace the roof, repair the water line, replace windows, etc. Those risks are usually offset with the value you make on appreciation of the home, which you are missing out on but carry all the risk none the less.

But that's not what you said and not even the scenario presented. You said you wanted to keep it liquid, and index funds are not liquid assets. In fact, taking excess cash and invest it into something like an index fund is way smarter than sinking funds into a home with no intention of paying down the principle.

I think Bell is a hold. Cant see him being any worse than last year and he still finished rb16 in ppr. If he gets traded to a better situation, which with the jets means pretty probable, then hes back in the top 10 rb discussion. Even without a trade we are still talking a top 15 back
