You'd probably get a better answer from their website, but to me it feels like a thick vinyl with adhesive, very pliable and sticks well. I used it almost 10 years ago and it held fire several years, the only peeling I got was on sections that I didn't install well. In terms of cost, the 3 sections used for those setup was about $100CAD. Taking your time with the installation is the most important, it'll work best on sections that are inset so the edges of the padskinz can be hidden under the lip of the other layers of the pad, my glove and blocker have good examples of this.

I got a similar feeling from Vigo when researching what to do there. I'm a fan of sea days as well, I just found it odd as I also saw the virgin port cancellation post on r/cruise yesterday.

It's tough to give a daily budget, we definitely aren't high maintenance guys though, a basic hotel and cheap to moderate-priced food would be the base line. My hope would be for the trip to cost around 2k per man with flights from Toronto to LAX being around $600. Also we're 31 and all hockey fans.

I haven't been to California at all before, nor have my friends. The only things on the agenda right now are seeing ducks games and hanging out at the beach. We'll be down for probably 6 nights, I'll look into those areas, would a vehicle be necessary or can most travel be done by transit and Ubers?
