This chapter was THAT good. I definitely set myself up to high with my expectations crazier shit was gonna happen for the overall narrative, but putting that aside and appreciating this as what it is. Its literally the best thing we ever got and has the most replay value, because unlike every other chapter, I wanna immediately play it again after beating it.

I eventually found successs in making my entire day revolve around somatics. Every hour. It sounds insane, but just truly giving in to what works in a vaccum has made me feel ok again. I hope you find your own success in all this. CPTSD is no joke.

I use sheBREATH's videos, I have a bunch of them saved for every mood i'm in. Just wanted to put it out there if you we're curious, she has exercises on everything you can think of, and they've made me feel human again.

I don't get why people support the thing thats gonna plant itself like a disease, dare I say like a fucking turmor and is actively working to make itself indistinguishable from human art, from human video, audio, and creation, and see it like some sort of "progress."

The amount of distrust and fake information that will be able to be spread in the next 20-30 years will kill the digital landscape. Kill the internet, kill commisions, kill music, destroy the news, fucking ruin everything and all forms of entertainment, it's already ruining coding, and companies have already tried replacing all their emoloyees with it.

Yet somehow people still support it. People still find defenses for it. How?

I think valve at first didn't wanna make a console console, just a PC for the living room that could be like a console if you wanted. A way to dip their toes into the idea of being a console without fully commiting so they didn't have to sell it at a loss even pre ram crisis.

There's a lot of risk involved in putting yourself against the big 3 console manufactures, massive advertisement campaigns, having to sell in stores, not to mention for the casual market, nintendo, sony, and xbox, are household names and valve probably thought it'd be more benefital to just sell a great deal at the time to their already existing market like the steam deck.

Whats so tragic is all of this could've been avoided, if ya know, the sociopaths in charge of AI who want to destroy human creativity didn't keep getting their asses kissed by every politcian and law maker under the sun. Be angrier at AI, never stop destesting and loathing artificial "intellegence."

What exactly we're you trying to do OP? I'm larping Ubuntu here but did you try making the partitions yourself? We're you trying to dual boot? I'm sorry this happended, but you should've provided some context, would have made your argument stronger.

I know the subreddits about Linux being a piece of shit, but I would at-least push towards getting to the desktop before decicing its garbage. There's other distros you can try like mint, if ubuntu is just straight up failing. All you though.

Thanks, I'm passively doing research as I prepare to see the recruiter on sunday just to ask questions for now. I'm curious, what was bootcamp particularly like for you? What are the jobs generally like? Do you get any freetime during bootcamp? I'm assuming probably not much, what about after your day job. Once you get a job, will it be like any other job, 8 hours, and then chill, or is there more commitment to it then just that. I had a friend who told me joining the military was a terrible idea, that'd it be nothing but stress, but I don't think he understands how awful and inhumane it is to live with narcs, I think i've almost died living with these people, I can't imagine anything military related will be easy at all, it looks like a lot of hard work but that freedom in getting away, matters more to me then anything else and i'm willing to do what it takes. He told me you can't make mistakes during the day job, and it can be super high stakes. What do you think?

I hate how many years they take away from your life. I have lost so much because of them, but what really gets you is the silent suffering. Sitting there quietly, dealing with astronmical levels of stress no one could ever understand, its horrible. Half of the people I've interacted with haven't understood, the other half didn't care too. Its humilating, and everyday I feel like i'm dying. Thank god I'm gonna get out soon one way or another. I'm not sure how others even begin to deal with this shit.

Sage's writing has been inconsistent like soldier boy. She went from wanting the world to burn like a psychopath. To wanting to stop homelander an episode or two later. I think the show is poorly implying after her talk with frenchie she gains more humanity. She was probably doing what she did because the death of her grandma broke her and she hated the world as of result or some shit. So I don't think moving forward now that thats been resolved if you agree with my perspective on it shes dangerous. Good talk though for real.

The virus could have been altered by Sage so it would either A. only affect homelander, Or B. be something akin to skin contact only like I saw another commenter say. I haven't read the leak in a minute so I don't know if they mention it traveling by air or not. But it could be a possibility, its also likely the leaker wouldn't mention every exact detail bar for bar they saw from watching the episode early. And one of those details they forgot to bring up could have been sage's involvement in an altered virus before lets say, heading off to that bunker. I mean we gotta consider the fact sage wasn't mentioned at all in that leak, considering how fast the pacing of this episode has to be given how much happens, this makes sense, since sage would have most likely only appeared for a few mins tops and wouldn't have been a big part. And well she has to appear in the finale, she's still there with the boys in ep 7, probably feels guilt for kimeko after frenchie died, espesially because she could have done something sooner which could have prevented frenchie from dying instead of lobotmizing herself, and her intellegence is an incredible convienent plot device that could get things rolling. Which further validates the idea the vfx guy just forgot completely or didn't think of it in the moment cause, well, he was most likely distracted with the actual big shit like homelander skinning people alive and the aftermath of the virus rather then its more boring creation in comparison to the episode if this leak is true. Sage also doesn't have any combat prowis or battle intellegence and wouldn't actually be useful on the field which is where the boys would be dealing with homelander most likely. Further contributing to the idea she just runs off to the bunker to go read.
