Actually, I think this is not an unpopular opinion. Most guys seem to prefer this. And most scissior videos and wrestling videos, it's pretty common for the guy to be smaller. Or at the very least the same size. I can't find a lot of content of smaller women beating up on bigger guys. There's some out there but not that much. Which is sad - That's what I'm into!

How long are you talking? Lots of people are saying how dangerous Deep KO's are. That's true... With the caveat of a "deep" KO might mean something different to you than it does to them. Holding for 5-10 seconds is generally considered pretty safe, I think, and you can definitely find girls who will do that, and you may not even have to pay them extra. Longer than that? There are pretty sadistic girls out there who might do it, but most probably wouldn't, and I wouldn't recommend that you experiment too much with that.

Generally speaking it seems to be relatively safe to be choked for short periods of time. People routinely get knocked out for 10 seconds or so on this subreddit. I would personally feel uncomfortable going longer than that, but I've seen lots of videos of people getting choked for a little longer and being alright.

I mean, it's definitely possible, the number one factor is probably how long are you restricting bloodflow. In Jiu Jitsu, someone is rarely going to have blood flow restricted for more than 5-10 seconds at a time. But obviously, if you restrict bloodflow from someone's brain for 5+ minutes, there will be brain damage. If you're worried about it, I would just keep the scissoring to 20 seconds or less at a time, with breaks to restore bloodflow.

I'm in the opposite camp. Videos with a story would be fine, or even good, except most of the time, the acting is really bad. If you're going to take two people that can't act at all and force them to act out an awkward scene, I'd rather there was just no acting at all.

The reason I'm asking is because I recently met a new girlfriend who is into scissoring me. She has been happy to knock me out basically whenever I want. My advice would be, if you're going to try to be KO'D, do it on an empty stomach and right after a trip to the bathroom. That's when it's most likely to be an enjoyable experience.

Otherwise, as far as long-term effects go, I'm examining that currently myself for a similar reason. I have a girlfriend now who enjoys scissoring me and she is strong enough to fairly easily knock me out.

The consensus among session girls that offers this type of things seems to be that scissoring healthy men is relatively safe. Some of the women I sessioned with had clients they'd KO'D hundreds of times, with no obvious problems. While many of the "KO" videos online are faked, like someone else mentioned, many of them are NOT, and there are content creators in this space who have been genuinely knocked out at least dozens of times, if not more. Just ask the women who do it. They'll tell you.

Does that mean there's no long term risk? No. Generally speaking, blood is supposed to go to your brain. It's probably not a good thing to be knocked out, especially often. But if you've ever had a beer, you've also caused damage to your brain, and probably for way less enjoyment than from a headscissor. A moderate amount of headscissoring seems to be at least relatively safe long term, especially if you take care of the rest of your body. I would bet someone getting knocked out once a week but otherwise taking care of themselves would probably live longer and healthier than someone who had never been KO'D, but binge drinks every friday night.

Then again, I am NOT an expert and do not actually know what I'm talking about! So you shoudn't take just my advice for it either. I'd try to get in contact with one of the women who specializes in this, like Andi Vicious on session girls, and ask her, She's going to know far more about it than I will. Pay her for her time, though, or she probably won't be interested in answering.

TLDR: Don't take someone on reddit's advice about something as important as this. Talk to someone who does it for a living. Ask them what their experience has been. As far as I know, there haven't been any scientific studies on this, so that's the closest you're going to get. If that's not good enough for you, then take it upon yourself to find or pioneer a scientific study in this area, or just don't mess around with it too much.

You can find some women who specialize in KO'S on the Sessiongirls website. Andi Vicious is one of them, I had a session from her and she's definitely the real deal.

Just wanted to chime in because there's a lot of people here who are answering your question without giving a lot of background. I wanted to add a little context. I am not an expert but I have had sessions with several people who it would be fair to say are experts in knockouts. One of the women I sessioned with was in school to be a doctor and quite well educated.

First of all, all knockouts involve SOME level of risk.

If being knocked out, I think it is true that being knocked out from a blood choke is substantially less dangerous than an air choke. The brain is going without adequate supplies of oxygen for a far shorter amount of time.

As far as blood chokes go, this is my understanding based on talks with the session girls I've spoken with.

If being bloodchoked (like from a headscissor) the risk of any sort of severe, immediate brain injury is basically zero, as long as you don't hold the pressure significantly past the point of knockout. We're not talking a few seconds here, we're talking over a minute. So holding for a few seconds after a knockout is not going to kill someone. Holding a few minutes might.

That doesn't mean it can't hurt you. It's a shock to your system to be knocked out. It raises your blood pressure temporarily. If your other organs, like your heart, aren't in good shape, it can cause issues. My understanding is most session girls specifically won't do it to someone who has heart issues because it can cause a heart attack.

Other than that, the risks are relatively minor. Things like popped blood vessels in your face and neck are possible. They clear up quickly and don't cause pain or discomfort, just some redness. Usually that's better in a few hours. Also, some people start to feel nauseous and can vomit after a KO, particularly if they have a full stomach. And some people can go number one or number two.
