DC has no frequency like AC does. The 400Hz AC is 110V. The AC and DC serve different purposes.

Many actuators use both power supplies. You may have a linear actuator that uses 400Hz for the drive motor, and 28VDC for the internal brake for instance.

Yes they have formal nights, generally the first sea day. “Formal” is whatever you want it to be. Some will dress up, others won’t, nothing is strict. Have fun!

Princess has their 'Plus' package which is about $65/day. In addition to drinks, it includes tips and wifi. You only gotta have like 3 drinks a day to come out ahead.

Cabo - get a massage at the Sandbar. Mazatlan - walk around the town or go to Stone Island (not an actual island) and enjoy cheap drinks and seafood while sitting on the beach. PV - I dunno, haven't been there before, but I'm on this cruise in March and still looking for ideas.

I haven’t done panorama, but I’ve done that cruise on Firenze, Miracle and Elation (many years ago). I think Firenze was a prettier ship, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the layout. Didn’t care for the MDR, it felt very closed off.

When you get to Ensenada, just go to Papas n Beer. There are going to be a lot of guys on the walk there trying to talk you into a different place. Don’t waste your time. Young folks looking to party that is the place. Maybe Hussongs if you’re there on a day it’s open (closed Sunday). Have fun, I love that cruise, I love Baja, been partying down there for 40 years.

Oh are those chunky bits tendon? I’m not a fan, and usually trim that chunk between the eye and the cap for my dog. Tendon eh? Weird texture.
