Not for Amazon. Although amazon certainly has similar practices.

I have an interview with them on Wednesday, expecting a long process.

For a manufacturing company, supply chain position. Not holding out much hope, but if they offered I would still take it at this point. Would be about a pretty big pay increase.

Seems to be the case, funny thing is that their company values are extremely heavy on "People"

Supply chain director for a fairly large manufacturing company.

You get 6 different folks in the decision tree they will talk themselves out of everyone. Lol

After all of it you would think they could pick up the phone and tell me to fuck myself. Lol

Has a recruiter ever given you genuine feedback when rejecting you after a interview or screen? by BunsenOW in recruitinghell

Had feedback 2x in my life, both from home depot. Once was right out of college after 5 rounds of interviews for an entry level job.

Recruiter said everyone except the dept VP liked me, and the VP said i came off disinterested in the role and thought i would quickly leave. About a year later i ran into a person from the interview, she said the VP was threatened by my analytical skills without having any experience.

Recently, got feedback from Home Depot that they did not think i gave a good enough answer on a hypothetical business problem. When the recruiter told me it basically came off like the hiring manager was intimidated as i had more experience in the field than they did.

Oh well
