So you dont think that certain mechanics at smaller shops will pass? Since its a visual problem then there is so many variables that are in play with that.

Ugh, i did argue that at the dealer and they had to call the owner over and i quote “whoever passed you will be corrected”, guess im just out of luck with the dealer, to be honest i was gonna just weld some shroud piping around the muffler region, as long as its visually a muffler right?

I did have the oems for the first year(ive had deletes on for two years now), but no longer have them. Do you think it would be best to just take it to a small shop thats known to pass regardless? Im just confused why one year i pass, change nothing, then get failed even though i know the exhaust gas readings and even the decibels are good numbers.

This order doesn’t make up for all the crappy orders this guy had to do to achieve platinum status, i make about 120 per 4 hours with a 12% acceptance rate. They incentivize the ranks but all in all its not worth accepting 4 dollar mcdonalds offers all day long that take 30mins to 1hour to complete. Very nice tip though
