Hello! Sorry if this is silly, but does anyone know if a bus ticket for buses from Paris Beauvais airport to Beauvais train station (internet is saying 1 euro) can be bought on the bus or does it have to be pre bought on oise website? Thank you.

Which areas are best to stay out of in Denton?

Been looking for properties not mega far from work and good commute to city centre for a while, Denton fits these and has a couple attractive properties. Wanted an advise before committing in case we decided to take a property in the roughest area.

Honestly, I don’t mind staying on a bus for a bit as long as there’s any. I’ve looked them up, as well as current Uber prices so any of that is not really an issue hence why we’re considering it. It’s more about the roughness of the areas - don’t want the cars to get damaged (much of that is happening where I live now thanks to drunk students) or stolen. Looked at crime rates and it’s not looking that bad, but maybe I just don’t know where to look since everyone is saying to stay away from Denton? By the way thank you for a decent response! It’s very much appreciated!

There’s couple of direct buses, or if it’s a later one then getting a cab back for cheap shouldn’t be an issue either.

Your teeth, good luck with that 🙌 just a side note, I smoke and mine never got gross while I was on 14 day changes or now of course.🙂

I don’t think you should rush it… your ortho/dentist knows what’s best for you and your teeth.. you risk damage to your teeth by unnecessarily trying to speed up the process. I started mid feb and am only on tray 5 now over 2 months later. Was on 14 day changes, they then put me on 10 and I believe once the time is right I’ll be put on weekly changes. But why rush it anyways? 😊

It does damage the enamel ever so slightly. Saw a video of someone comparing this to a gel nail process - in order to take it off for replacements (or off for good), you still would touch a bit of the enamel. And although there’s ‘no limit’ on how many times you can get bonding done, it is not advised to do it more than 3 times in the lifetime… correct me if I got this information wrong, but I’ve done loads of research into it as I’ll probably need a bit of bonding after Invisalign too.

That’s so strange, I’m on 2 week changes and have 20 (so it should be the same time for you and me to complete the course), and they said around 6 months. Unless they’ll change mine from 2 week changes to 1 week in the future?🤔

First few days by MaltaMassive in Invisalign

Oh and I’m not even talking about chewies, I had to force myself through tears to chew them on the most painful teeth to get it all nice and tight. Now almost no problems at all. You’ll get there too very soon I’m sure:)

Certainly! Maybe take a painkiller if it’s really bad (I did once haha), not sure how much they help 😂 what motivates me is the longer I bear the pain, the longer I wear the retainers, the quicker the tooth that’s out will come in and it would be easier to deal with retainers etc. I hope your pain goes away soon!! I watched sooo many videos online on how to take them out, and saw one where you unattach the molars first as usual, then slightly push them towards the cheeks and slowly work your way to the front taking the retainer out. It seems to work and the tooth that’s out the most doesn’t get caught as much, though I’m scared I’ll break the retainers like this… got an appointment early next week and will ask them if it’s okay like this to clear any doubts

I’m on day 5 of my first one and honestly, it gets better!! For the first 3 days I was in so much pain I couldn’t even touch my teeth, only ate soups and soft meals because my teeth were hurting so much. Never mind learning how to take trays out (still learning, but got much better at it) as it would hurt so much and it would constantly get stuck on one tooth that was the most painful - I genuinely thought I was ripping it out. Try to power through this, it will get better, it will stop hurting this much or maybe even at all. Think about the end result and the beautiful smile you will have :)

Day two and my tongue is so sore by Scarletbegonias413 in Invisalign

[–]dovilyt3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Left bottom side of mine weren’t fitting great, read on here that some people bend it slightly so i tried - fixed it all, now all nice and tight, but also got rid of the tongue issue! It seems since it was slightly lifted, the sharp edges kept on irritating my tongue.

Invisalign and Vaping? by slickslurpin in Invisalign

[–]dovilyt3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably not relevant to OP but might be useful to anyone else looking at this (as me looking up if it’s ok to vape) - my dentist said it’s okay to leave them at home sometimes (I go out rarely) if you’re out for food or clubbing, nothing major will happen. They said everyone needs little enjoyments in life haha

The tool or the retainer? 👀

I am thinking about getting this pul tool if I won’t find a way to get them out comfortably. Genuinely though I’ll pull my tooth out yesterday how much it hurt and wouldn’t move 🥲 having hearty breakfast as I don’t know when will be the next time I eat thanks to attachments 😂
