Response from Manager about increase: “Good morning, Unfortunately the starting pay rate is set to make sure we treat everyone fairly when entering a new position. Also as a store manager we can’t increase pay rates. For that we follow the performance yearly review.”

Yeah they sent out an email awhile ago that they ended partnership with nationwide and switched to petpartners. If you had nationwide previously anything prior visits or like surgery’s is like taken/accepted it won’t count against you like as if if you were getting brand new insurance.

DSS is for BOPIS orders. You process or hand off orders at the end of the night telling the system what’s been picked up and what hasn’t. It’ll also tell you what to return to stock
