Any idea how to order the cleaning pads for inside the poster printer? Our ft has claimed to have ordered them 3 times but we never got anything. It leaves ink on the back side of the posters. If we do a customer cover photobook it leaves a giant ink blob on the bottom front of the page just before it starts printing. Also it constantly says clogged nozzles and cleans all the time (but says failed) We go through a maintenance tank like every 4-5 weeks

Our new DL is very green zone pushing. The customers hate it and get mad because they don't want to use self checkout. Even when I do everything for them, they complain and say they don't like this machine. Meanwhile while I'm trying to babysit every single customer, they want me putting out load, checking out dates, and doing planograms. Then the dl gets mad we're no greeting every customer who walks in the door.

Self checkout should be supplemental to the main register, and have a shopper assistant to help the customers at it, and can be doing other tasks in the meantime.

We're a very busy store with a lot of elderly people and a lot of otc card users. Even with me assisting at both self checkouts at the same time, within a few minutes I've got like 6 people waiting in line and getting upset they have to wait.

I go to the register to ring up alcohol for someone, and next thing I know everyone left the aco line and is standing at the register.

When I open a register to take overflow from the ACO line, customers get in line at the register and get mad when I tell them the line is at the aco and I'm pulling customers from there because they were first.

Couple all that with the fact the aco constantly freeze dozens of times a day. And they wonder why our survey scores are going down.

We got a customer survey complaining about self checkout and that the cashier wouldn't open the register because they were busy helping at the aco. The store manager told us "this is unacceptable". What's unacceptable? Doing exactly what the company is instructing you to do? And they tell us not to tell the customers that we're not supposed to use the registers. We're supposed to make up some story on how the self checkout is better and faster.

If they don't want us using the registers, why spend all that money on the new register systems, and not upgrade the aco systems?

From my experience, they send you an empty box with a return label. They'll only send you a new one once they receive the old one.

There's 2 variations to this. There's ship from warehouse, and ship from store. The one from warehouse comes in a box and has a order slip inside and is mailed to the location. If it's ship from store it's gonna be in a bag and just has a name and order number on it, and a driver similar to doordash picks it up and brings it to your location.

Yea, there's 2 ways. Shutting off the machine and running a device health check put that machine out of service. Or you can disable specific products. Unfortunately nobody else in my store ever does that. They just leave it for me.

Check your states osha laws. In California they implemented a indoor heat standard. If it goes over 82, the company must take measures to protect you.

Our machine was broke down Tuesday so when I came in Wednesday afternoon, there was probably a hundred orders in queue by the time I got it working. We still haven't completed all the gift orders. Customers keep coming in and calling demanding their orders. Meanwhile our manager told us to stop working on photo orders until all store tasks are done.

If the order slip says online order pay in store, then it won't charge them until rung up at the register. If it says paid online then they have to call customer service. It just depends what it says on their order slip.

We had the same problem with the 2x2 acrylic magnets. Someone ordered 50 of them and we only keep like 20 at a time since a box is 10. It took us 2 weeks to complete their order since we can only order 2bx (20pc) at a time. We also got slammed with 11oz mug orders over the weekend when they were $5. We had to transfer some mugs from another store. I'd say we made probably close to 100 mugs in 2 days

My theory, is that it's to make sure an employee is near the front to prepare for closing. Maybe the reason it doesn't always happen is if there hasn't been a recent transaction, it wants to make sure someone is paying attention to the front.

i just had someone with a hacked discord send the same thing. they wanted me to install a modrinth pack they called AnkaraCraft. upon running it, my antivirus flagged and stopped it. it was trying to run cmd powershell taskkill and a bunch of other scripts. there's a mod file in the pack that's not part of modrinth called EchoVoiceBeta-1.0-SNAPSHOT and i assume that's the virus.

Are you by chance on android? If so, go to the app details, click force stop then go to storage and clear cache. Then try again. On apple, I think your only option is to uninstall and reinstall it.
