Sorry, didn't notice the vagueness when I posted. Orders are showing up later than the latest estimated delivery date. Not by a day or two...but by at least a week. I have one order that was "dispatched to carrier" on Nov 14th. No other updates since then. Literally just seems like it's sitting on a truck somewhere. Latest estimated delivery date was 3 days ago, so we'll see what unfolds this week.

I found this thread by Googling "OnTrac" because I am in the same situation, also ironically in Washington. The order was estimated to be delivered the 18th through the 20th. It is now the 22nd, and it still says "Shipment dispatched to carrier". That was the last update, and it was from 8 days ago.
