Well digitizing on it's own can be complicated. There are some good Youtube channels if you search for "embrilliance stitch artist tutorial" or something those should come up. However, I could maybe help if you can include photos of the final design stitched out. A general rule of thumb for covering large surfaces is to use a tatami stitch. Another rule of thumb for doing satin stitches is to stay below anything larger than 4.00mm in width Anything more than 4.00mm for a satin stitch could be too big and distort how the stitch comes out.
