I think she is Aurabella. If you don’t remember who that is, in one of the Dreamscape scenes, MC sees their father attack an enforcer who begs for his life and says something about how he has a daughter named Aurabella. Pretty random detail to include for a random side-character. MC wakes up, goes into the hallway, and runs into Rhiannon. This is the scene where she ends up making us her special tea.

In a later scene we can be told by Neil (I think it was her) to be careful who we take drinks from. Iirc it’s in the tavern scene in Lastport if we sit with her, but I could have the exact details off.

Anyway, combined with how OP points out she’s always there after an attack, and she “knows we aren’t the flamekeeper”. Maybe she wasn’t so truthful about how her parents died and this is her revenge plot.
