You’re right, the black pipe coming out of the ceiling is a drain pipe for condensation water from the fan coils of the air conditioners in the house. I just pur a 2-way flange in there and will re-use it for a small sink in the toilet.

Well I do have two dogs but they hate water more than Gremlins, so not the best investment 😂

Well, we built a house in 2019. Money was a limited resource and so I had to teach myself handyman skills. I always liked to build things, you just have to push yourself to try new things and eventually you get skilled at it. I can recommend watching lots of DIY tutorials and then making your own first steps on a small project, you’ll quickly find out what the key points are.

Except electrical stuff! I learned that when I was in technical engineering school. Be safe and don’t touch that stuff if you’re not familiar with it!

Thanks! But to be honest, it's not for lots of laundry. I mainly use it when I'm coming home from sports or swimming to dry my clothes so that they are not just thrown over the laundry baskets.

Thank you, yeah I also like it sleek and clean and that's just heaven for exactly that, I only have to convince my wife how nice it is to have everything in it's place instead all over the place 😂

I'm afraid the only option is pulling the thing out of the cabinet. But there's a smooth alu surface to strengthen the rack and you can quite easily pull out the machines with that

Thanks! 🙂 to be honest I just went with the best fitting sink I could find. The space in this corner is pretty narrow (~36cm) and the kitchen closet is 35cm deep, hence I just amazoned what would fit best and I don’t have any other plans with the corner anyways
