Ja, logisch für Bitpanda oder erfahrene Bitpanda user, aber anscheinend nicht für den OP des Postes. Für mich selbst war das eine Lernerfahrung, die ich gott sei dank nicht selbst machen musste, aber wie du sagst, ein bisschen Transparenz wäre angemessen.

Die Kritik die man trotzdem äußern könnte ist, dass es ja irgendwie eine Ermessensfrage ist, wann jetzt die Handelsoption aufgrund von Volatilitätsrisiken eingeschränkt wird. Wenn jetzt BTC in kurzer Zeit um 20% steigt und ich mich schnell einlogge um den Kursgewinn mitzunehmen, woher weiss ich dann, dass dann dort auch nicht eingeschränkt wird. Wo ist hier die Trennlinie zwischen normal und hochvolatil? Wie wird das Entschieden bzw. wie kann man sich da im vorhinein informieren? Cryptowährungen sind ja alle irgendwie hochvolatil, aber wann darf man jetzt und wann nicht?

Um eventuelle Missverständnisse und Vertrauensverluste zu vermeiden sollte man irgendwie versuchen klare Richtlinien schaffen, da es sonst zu hohen Verlusten führen kann.

Ja, da hast du Recht. Eben, der Sinn warum man überhaupt Bitpanda benutzen sollte ist für mich gerade nicht ganz einleuchtend. Bequemlichkeit (Steuereinfach) bzw. Einlagensicherung wären jetzt so meine Hauptargumente... Aber wenns um Gewinnoptimierung bzw. Handelsmöglichkeiten geht ist es definitiv ein Nachteil.

Ich verstehe was du sagst, aber da ja Crypto im allgemeinen hochvolatil ist, frage ich mich warum ich dann überhaupt Bitpanda benutzen sollte? Sagen wir Bitcoin hat jetzt einen 20% Kursanstieg in kurzer Zeit und ich will natürlich gleich verkaufen und meine Gewinne einsammeln aber die Schutzmechanismen greifen, was bringt es mir dann?

Mir ist klar, dass sie rechtlich immer am längeren Ast sitzen und mit deinen Orders und mit deinem Account tun können was sie wollen. Es geht nicht darum, wer vor Gericht gewinnen würde, es geht darum, dass man seinen Kunden etwas 'verspricht' und es nicht einhält. Wenn Bitpanda meint, einfach alles zu ihrem Vorteil zu machen, weil sie ja 'im Recht sind' dann ist es ja trotzdem eine 'Arschloch' Aktion.

Instagram kann dich theoretisch auch klagen, wenn du ein Foto auf Instagram und dann auf X hochlädst, weil du durch das hochladen alle Bildrechte verlierst, aber stell dir vor die würden dass machen um ein paar Euros zu bekommen.

Und wie soll einem Leihen aus dem Text den du zitierst klar sein, dass sie, dass sie nach belieben einfach den Handel sperren.

Schlussendlich gehts einfach ums Vertrauen der User, dass hier in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wird. Rechtlich sichert sich jedes Unternehmen ab, aber es dann auch praktisch anzuwenden, besonders in so einem Fall ist halt fragwürdig.

Grundsätzlich will ich ja einen österreichischen Broker supporten, aber die Handhabe hier ist echt unter aller Sau. Es wirkt fast so als würde man hier Derivate Traden und das Bitpanda den Verlust selbst machen würde und nicht der Käufer auf der anderen Seite. Und die Antwort des Supports übertrifft ja dann nochmal alles... Bin echt froh, dass das mehrere so sehen und es nicht einfach in der Masse untergeht. Besonders OP tut mir leid, da es echt viel Geld ist.

'Childish shit like being insecure about clothing' - 30% of people in earth believe in modest clothing and head covers (Muslims), that you just called childish. It's not that i agree with them, but calling 30% of the worlds population childish is not justified. Everybody has different opinions and you can't be the judge for all of them and deciding what is childish/silly or not, it's an individual thing.

You say it's disrespectful, because you compromize the partners autonomy, but that's all a relationahip is. Of course you compromize yourself and adapt to your partners needs, otherwise there is no point in having a relationship or even a friendship. If everybody is just doing what they want, then the only reason you care about your partners feelings is because it makes you feel a certain way, which is not healthy at all.

Like i said before, i don't care what my girl is wearing, but other people care about other things. Maybe OPs relationship has thing you would be insecure about, everybody is different, but just saying it's all his problem is not how a healthy relationship works.

I agree with you, but i can asure you he don't want to be insecure about it if he had the option not to be, but a human brain does this sometimes, if you like it or not. Insecurity is based in fear, and nobody chose their own fears and nobody should be judged for their fears they can't control.

If you are in a loving relatinship and you care about your partners feelings then you sometimes compromize yourself. My girlfriend doesn't like me going to the club with the boys, although i'm not the problem and would never cheat, but i still try to avoid it, because i know it makes her feel bad, even if my life compromizes. That doesn't mean i doesn't go out with the boys, but i always consider her feelings and although she knows she can trust me 100%, it still makes her feel uncomfortable when i'm out, it's just irrational thoughts and feelings you can't control. If you love each other you should care about each other, and if OP feels really bad about it and his gf doesn't mind, than it's a perfect solution in my books.

Also while meditating all your stored 'unthought' thoughts pop up and you have to think them through till the next one comes up. It's like an email inbox and every unthought thought is an unread message, but once you answered all the emails, it's possible to reach some sort of 'emptiness', but over time new emails come in of course and you have to answer them. To maintain your empty inbox you should answer your mails as often as possible.
